Faye Baxter is an experienced and regulated nutrition consultant and lecturer, Faye’s expertise lies in her ability to apply nutrition science in the promotion of health and peak performance. She has many years experience of working with individuals with a broad range of health conditions, helping them to use nutrition to improve their quality of life.
Training & Education Services
Faye is also a qualified further education teacher and is a member of the Institute of Further Education (IFL). Over the last few years she has developed and taught nutrition and cookery courses in colleges and schools.
She is also an approved trainer with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and regularly teaches level 2 courses such as “Basic Nutrition Principles” and “Food Safety”.
She also develops menu design and planning & healthy eating strategies for schools, care homes and catering companies.
Faye provides nutrition consultancy to a range of businesses, promoting employee health and well being programmes and providing training and advice on healthy eating.
Faye has a degree in Nutritional Therapy and is registered with The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and is a member of The British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), and a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH). She holds a Certificate of Competency from the Nutritional Therapy Council.
