Approach (face2Face and/or remote)
Heather works with young people (aged 4- 19 years) and families, covering a wide range of challenges (see below) via 1-2-1 therapy or in Workshops. Her passion and enthusiasm stems from a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of those she comes into contact with – to inspire, to motivate and to empower towards lasting change. Heather specialises in helping children and teens with sleep problems and ADHD.
Drawing from a range of disciplines which include NLP and Hypnotherapy she tailors her sessions to each individual and their specific challenge while also offering support and help to parents. While techniques may often be subtle in nature, change can be fast and enduring – empowering and equipping young people with the skills to overcome their challenges not only now but also moving forward in their lives. Heather prides herself in her ability to build rapport and connect with young people of all ages as this is paramount in order to bring about change.
