Meet Juliana

Juliana is a highly qualified medical herbalist and wellness expert, holding a science degree from the University of Westminster in London. There, she completed over 500 hours of clinical practice at the University Polyclinic. As part of her rigorous training, she studied anatomy, physiology, pathology, clinical skills, diagnosis, and materia medica—the study of the biochemistry and therapeutic actions of medicinal plants. In addition to her herbal medicine background, Juliana holds a degree in Psychology, a diploma in Nutritional Therapy, and various fitness-teaching certifications.

For the past twelve years, she has worked in the Wellness Industry as a nutritional therapist, a tutor in nutritional therapy, a fitness instructor and a Clinical Herbalist. Juliana’s unique blend of expertise—from herbal medicine and nutrition to psychology and fitness—enables her to offer a truly holistic approach to health and well-being.

What to Expect in a Consultation

During your initial consultation, Juliana will delve into the nature, onset, and progression of your main concerns. She also takes a thorough look at your personal and family medical history and reviews any medications or test results you may have. This in-depth review helps her pinpoint the root causes of your current condition and craft a tailored herbal protocol.

If needed, Juliana may suggest a brief physical examination, which could include checking your blood pressure or examining your skin, tongue, eyes, hands, and nails. She may also recommend additional tests through your GP or a private facility. As diet and lifestyle play a pivotal role in overall well-being, Juliana will discuss your nutrition and daily habits and offer specific guidance to ensure your body and mind receive the nourishment they need for optimum energy and immune support.
