Karolina Moore

Years ago, Karolina found herself bed-bound, consumed by chronic pain and depression. After the birth of her third child, she reached a turning point. Determined to reclaim her life, she began healing from the inside out—changing her nutrition, gently reintroducing movement and returning to mindfulness practices. It was through this process that she realised her physical symptoms were rooted in unprocessed trauma and dysregulated energy. Her nervous system was in constant survival mode and true healing didn’t begin until she felt safe in her body again.

That transformation inspired her to dedicate her life to helping other women do the same. Karolina now supports women in healing their skin, body and nervous system by combining advanced clinical aesthetics with energy work, somatic healing, ancestral practices and nervous system regulation. Her work empowers women to feel at home in their bodies, reconnect to their feminine energy and release what’s been holding them back—so they can live, move and glow from a place of safety, radiance and self-worth
