Kerri has successfully completed postgraduate training within Biomechanics/orthotics, Cryosurgery, nail reconstruction and nail surgery fields. She has undertaken both NHS and private work.

Kerri is enthusiastic and enjoys caring for people. She has a very warm approach and ensures the general comfort and well being of her patients and their feet.
Our feet help us to balance and carry us five times around the world in a lifetime and yet we rarely give them the attention they deserve. They are often hidden away in inappropriate footwear with insufficient airing showing some early signs of varying conditions that get easily ignored. They are a mirror of our health showing the first signs of diabetes, arthritis, circulatory and neurological diseases.
Kerri Money has now completed the necessary training to sell, supply or administer ‘prescription only medicines’ as part of her professional practice.
Such medications include a range of antibiotics, anti-fungal treatments, steroid creams and a larger range of additional medications that are relevant to the practice of podiatry and the care of the feet. (2023)

Conditions

ROUTINE CHIROPODY (30 mins): All aspects of routine foot problems including corns/ callous, dry/ cracked hard skin, verrucae/ warts, ingrowing or problem nails and general foot pain.

CRYOSURGERY(verrucae freezing (30 mins): This uses freezing to destroy verrucae and warts and stimulates the body’s own immune system to attack the virus. It is a safe and very effective procedure and usually, only a few sessions are required.

PRESCRIPTION ORTHOTICS (30 mins) (SPECIALIST AREA): I have a particular interest in this part of my work because the results we can achieve can be so high. In the vast majority of cases, most foot pain can be improved with the use of insoles. The structure of your foot supports your entire weight. So the slightest misalignment of muscles or bones can cause many different problems. Orthotics are insoles that you wear in your footwear to re-align the foot position, correcting and controlling foot and leg function. They take pressure off certain areas of the foot and increase comfort or stability.
You may benefit from orthotics if you have any of the following:
*A feeling of ‘rolling in’ or ‘rolling out’ when you walk
*Arch/ heel pain
*Lower leg/ankle
*Knee and hip pain
*A lack of stability when you walk
*Excessive callous
*Bunions
*Ball of the foot pain
We may be able to offer you temporary orthotics lasting 1 to 2 years to see how you adapt to wearing them before having a prescription pair made to correct your specific imbalance.
Prescription orthotics involves  3D imagining of your feet and from this, an individual orthotic (insole) is developed in a laboratory. They can be made to suit various types of footwear including heeled shoes, golfing shoes and children’s footwear. 

Qualifications

Kerri Money qualified as a podiatrist in January 2002 and is a registered member of the Health & Care Professions Council (no.23003) complying with all their regulations. She is also a registered member of 'The Society of Chiropodists & Podiatrists'.

Biomechanics:
An assessment of the structure, alignment and function of the hip, legs and feet to establish abnormalities and possible causes of back, hip, knee and foot pain.

RS FOOTSCAN - Detailed Gait Analysis
This latest technology uses over 4,000 high speed sensors which accurately capture and analyse your gait pattern to help identify the smallest asymmetries or imbalances which may be causing your pain.
This data is then used to design custom 3D printed orthotics
