Approach

Kim works in both the physical and emotional areas, using a modified combination of techniques to treat the presenting problem holistically. During a treatment, you remain fully clothed.

Conditions

Treatment is used to optimise the body’s ability to heal itself. It may help to ease both long-term and acute physical problems caused by tension and soft tissue restrictions, such as: sports injuries; accidents or impact injuries; repetitive strain; muscle tension; headaches; pains; strains; and restricted mobility. The techniques work well with stress, anxiety, tension and trauma. The client’s immediate reaction is usually one of deep relaxation, with physical adjustment continuing over the following few days.
