I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapist (EMDR) with over ten years of experience in mental health. I have worked in both NHS and private settings with a diverse range of individuals. I am also a visiting lecturer and supervise trainee therapists. My goal is to enhance the lives of my clients by offering personalized and effective therapy. For many people coming to therapy can feel a daunting prospect and it is important that you feel at ease and build an effective working relationship with your therapist.
